Question 1: My flashlight has a functional issue (e.g., it doesn’t turn on or it flickers). What should I do?Answer: This type of malfunction may be caused by one of the following reasons:A) The connections of the LED flashlight are not fully tightened;B) The contact surfaces of the circuit board, threads, or other parts are dirty;C) The tail cap components are dirty or the switch retaining ring is loose;D) The battery is low on power.

You can first clean the threads, circuit board, and tail cap with alcohol, replace the battery with a new one, and firmly tighten the head, body, and tail cap. Then test whether the flashlight works normally. For specific operating instructions for different models, please refer to the usage tips on our official website (www.nitefoxlight.cn). If the issue still cannot be resolved, please contact NiTEFOX customer service, and we will provide you with warranty support.

Question 2: My LED high-power flashlight gets hot after using the high-brightness mode for a while. Is this normal?Answer: Yes, this is a normal and common phenomenon. The high-brightness mode requires high power to drive the LED, and during this high-power operation, the LED naturally generates a certain amount of heat. When the high-brightness mode is used continuously, the accumulated heat increases and dissipates outward, which is why you may feel the flashlight—especially the head—becoming very hot to the touch.
