1. 15-Day Exchange PolicyNiTEFOX products are covered by a 15-day exchange period starting from the date of purchase. If any quality issue arises under normal use within these 15 days, the customer may choose to exchange the product for a brand-new item or opt for repair service. When requesting an exchange, the replacement will be a new product of the same model and specifications as the returned item. If the same model and specifications are no longer in production, it will be replaced with a product of the same brand that has performance equal to or better than the original product.
2. 3-Year Free WarrantyNiTEFOX products are entitled to free repair service during the warranty period starting from the date of purchase, provided the product develops a quality issue under normal use. The applicable warranty duration varies depending on the specific product type. Please refer to the table below for details:

Lifetime Limited Warranty: After the free warranty period expires, KLARUS will provide paid repair services. The charge will be based solely on the actual cost of replacement parts, with no additional labor fees charged.
Proof of Warranty: When requesting warranty service, the consumer must contact the dealer with the original purchase invoice or receipt. The dealer will provide service to the consumer, and our company will provide service support to the dealer.
The free warranty does not apply to any of the following situations:
Defects caused by normal wear and tear;
Defects caused by rough/abusive operation;
Product defects or damage caused by battery leakage, incorrect battery usage, etc.
These terms apply to all products purchased on or after January 1, 2018. The free warranty period is 2 years.
After-sales Service Notes:
Products purchased through unknown channels that cannot provide proof of purchase will not be eligible for any after-sales service;
For warranty claims, you must first communicate the quality issue with customer service personnel. KLARUS staff will determine whether the defective product needs to be returned.
